MANUFACTURER OF ROTATIONAL MOULDING POWDERS AND PLASTIC GRANULES

ROTATIONAL MOULDING POWDERS

We manufacture rotational moulding powders based on original materials of all manufacturers operating on the market. We also offer through dyeing upon client’s request and powder made from rotational moulding post-production materials. The powders are available in 20-kilogram bags.

GRANULES

We manufacture granules from plastics including polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and HDPE for injection and extrusion materials. We also offer through dyeing of granules to the colour requested by the client and modification of plastics with an entire range of additional processes regulating parameters like impact strength and flow rate. The finished granules are packed into big bags holding roughly 1 tonne. Our big bags are equipped with foil to protect the granules from moisture.

SERVICES

Our rotational moulding services include comprehensive collection of post-production waste, which we recycle back into powder form. We also offer plastics regranulation, extrusion, milling, filling, and dyeing services for injection and extrusion purposes. The finished granules are packed into big bags holding roughly 1 tonne. Our big bags are equipped with foil to protect the granules from moisture.

Maba Plast was established in 2007 as a limited liability company. We operate in plastics recycling and processing and have a long history in this field. We have been making rotational moulding powders based on original plastics for many years. Our offer includes rotational moulding powders made from materials of all major LLDPE granule manufacturers.
